We’re sorry to hear you’re having trouble locating your flight number—but don’t worry, we can help you sort it out quickly.
Using our Flight Finder tool
Our system supports free-form text, making it easy to find your flight number from a dropdown list. The more you type in, the more accurate the results will be.
✈️ Start by entering your airline’s 2-letter code (assigned by the International Air Transport Association).
🛬 You’ll see a list showing departure airports and arrival times—use these to help select the correct flight.
Still don’t see your flight?
Click "Open advanced search."
✔ Enter your flight date, arrival or departure time, and airline name.
✔ You can also narrow down results further by adding the departure airport.
If your flight still doesn’t appear, select "Enter flight number manually" and input the details yourself.
What if you're not arriving on a flight?
If you’re going to the airport for a different reason—like picking someone up or collecting a rental car—just:
✔ Enter any flight number in the selector
✔ Add a note in the "Special instructions" field explaining why you’re not providing a real flight number
🚨 Why does this matter?
Adding an accurate flight number helps your driver:
-
Know which terminal to pick you up from
-
Track delays in real time for arrival flights
⚠️ Please note: Mozio relies on airlines updating public databases. If an accurate flight number isn’t provided, you will be responsible for any service issues resulting from missing or incorrect flight details.
