We know that plans can change, and we want to make the cancellation process as easy as possible for you!
Here’s how to cancel your reservation:
1️⃣ Open your confirmation email.
2️⃣ Scroll down and click "Manage reservation."
3️⃣ You’ll see the cancellation option, as long as you’re still within the provider’s cancellation window—usually 24 hours or less before your scheduled pickup.
Cancellation policies at a glance
✔ If you added our enhanced cancellation policy or flexible cancellation policy, you’ll receive a cash refund when you cancel.
✔ If you selected the standard cancellation policy, you’ll receive a credit voucher to use for a future Mozio booking.
Important reminders
- The $5 fee for enhanced or flexible cancellation policies is non-refundable.
- You cannot add a flexible cancellation policy after the booking is completed.
- Cancellations made outside of the allowed timeframe are not eligible for a refund or credit voucher.
