Changing your reservation is pretty easy—but it depends on a few factors. First, your request must be within the cancellation policy timeframe, and second, the provider must be able to accommodate the changes.
Also, keep in mind that additional charges may apply, as prices can vary. To make things easier, we recommend submitting your change request as early as possible.
If you're still within the cancellation cut-off, the simplest option is to cancel your original reservation and rebook with the correct details.
To make changes directly, just open your booking confirmation page (you’ll find the link in your confirmation email) and follow these steps:
1️⃣ Click on the "Change trip" button.
2️⃣ Your trip details will become editable, allowing you to update your booking as needed.
3️⃣ If the change requires updating your vehicle, you’ll be shown the available options and the new pricing.
4️⃣ If your current provider cannot accommodate the change, the system will show other providers who can.
5️⃣ If your original provider can accommodate the change, simply scroll down and click "Confirm changes."
If extra charges apply, you may need to reenter your credit card details.
6️⃣ You’ll receive a new confirmation email with the updated booking details. Make sure to verify everything was processed correctly.
