Here’s how to cancel your reservation:
1️⃣ Go to "My bookings" and take a look at your upcoming trips
2️⃣ Click the reservation you would like to cancel.
3️⃣ You will be redirected to the email confirmation, where you will be able to cancel your ride
You’ll see the cancellation option, as long as you’re still within the provider’s cancellation window—usually 24 hours or less before your scheduled pickup.
It could take from 7 to 10 business days for the credit to show on your statement.
