When searching for the best ride option and pricing, keep an eye out—some providers offer child seats as an added benefit.
1️⃣ Look for the option in "Upgrade Your Trip" – Once you’ve selected a ride, scroll down on the confirmation page to find this section. If available, you can add a child seat directly.
2️⃣ If the option isn’t visible, request it manually – Before confirming your booking, enter a request in the special instructions section. Be sure to include the child’s age and size, so the provider can check availability and confirm if they can accommodate your request. Additional charges may apply.
3️⃣ Forgot to request a child seat? No problem! Email info@mozio.com with your confirmation number and details about your child’s age and size, and we’ll assist you.
What types of child seats are available?
🚼 Rearward-facing baby seats (for newborns up to ~9 months old) – Usually not available, so we recommend bringing your own.
👶 Baby Seats (9 months – 4 years, 9-18 kg / 20-40 lbs) – Forward-facing seats typically available for a small extra fee.
👦 High-backed Booster Seats (4-6 years, 15-25 kg / 33-55 lbs) – Usually available for an additional charge.
🧒 Booster Cushions (6-11 years) – Often available upon request and typically provided at no extra cost.
