Booking a ride with Mozio is super easy and convenient!
Step 1: Start your search
1️⃣ Visit Mozio.com and log in with your Travel Agent account. This ensures you get the best rates, exclusive discounts, and full access to our Travel Agent features.
2️⃣ Once logged in, you'll land on the main page with our user-friendly search engine. Simply fill in the required fields:
- Pickup & Drop-off address – This could be an airport, hotel, or any address of your choice.
- Pickup time – Select your preferred pickup time.
- Number of travelers – Enter the total number of passengers, including infants.
- Roundtrip option – If a return ride is needed, select "Roundtrip" and enter the return pickup date and time.
Once all details are filled in, hit the "Search" button, and voilà! You’ll see the available transportation options.
Step 2: Choose the best option
To help you pick the perfect ride, keep these helpful tips in mind:
✔ Variety of vehicles – Choose from Sedans, Vans, SUVs, and more. While most rides are private, we also offer budget-friendly shared rides, buses, and trains (availability varies by route).
✔ Passenger & luggage considerations – Ensure the selected vehicle can accommodate both the number of passengers and luggage needs.
✔ Provider ratings – Our providers are rated on a scale from 1 to 10 based on customer feedback.
✔ Transparent pricing – All prices include taxes and fees, and as a Travel Agent, you automatically receive a 5% discount.
✔ Extra features – Some providers offer Meet & Greet services (where the driver waits at arrivals with a name sign), baby seats, and other add-ons.
Once you've found the best ride, click "Book Ride" to proceed with the final step.
Step 3: Finalize your booking
To complete your booking, enter the necessary details and process the payment. Take note of the cancellation policy – for example, some bookings allow cancellations up to 24 hours before pickup for a full refund.
Traveler Profiles & Contact Section
✔ Enter the passenger's contact information.
✔ Use the "Special Instructions" field for requests like child seats or anything else to assist the driver.
✔ Include your Travel Agent email so you receive the reservation details as well.
If booking an airport pickup, enter the flight number so the driver can monitor delays and adjust the pickup time accordingly. Once the flight is selected, you’ll see:
✔ Flight landing time
✔ Scheduled pickup time (when the driver will arrive)
✔ Free waiting time duration
Step 4: Complete payment & adjust commission
✔ For frequent travelers, you can save client profiles and payment details to speed up future bookings.
✔ Adjust your commission in the "You're Earning" section before confirming the ride. The amount entered will be added to the final price, but your client will not see the price breakdown.
Once everything is complete, click "Book", and a confirmation email will be sent to both you and your client. 🚀
