Anything that needs to be stored in the trunk of the vehicle is considered luggage. Smaller bags like handbags, shoulder bags, or briefcases are classified as carry-ons, as they can be placed on your lap or at your feet inside the vehicle.
🧳 Please note: Not all cabin-sized luggage is considered carry-on.
-
Cabin-sized or trolley cases weighing 20 kg (44 lbs) or more will be treated as large luggage and must go in the trunk.
-
Hard-shell cabin luggage may not fit comfortably in the cabin and will also be counted as large luggage.
🚲 If you’re travelling with oversized items (e.g. bike boxes, strollers, foldable wheelchairs), each will count as two pieces of luggage.
You’ll find the maximum luggage capacity indicated next to the suitcase icon for each ride option—make sure to consider this when selecting a vehicle.
📏 For reference, a standard large bag is approximately:
-
62 linear inches (157.5 cm) in total dimensions
-
27" x 21" x 14" (68.6 cm x 53.3 cm x 35.6 cm)
-
Up to 50 lbs (22.7 kg)
Always choose a vehicle that matches your luggage needs to ensure a comfortable and stress-free ride.
