While Mozio works around the clock to make sure everything goes according to plan, sometimes things may fall through the cracks. We review our collaboration with different local providers to ensure they meet a certain standard of quality and we rely on your feedback to let us know when that does not happen.
After each ride, you will receive a post-ride survey asking you to rate your ride from 1 to 5 stars and leave feedback. Our Support Team reviews all ratings below 3 stars to make sure your feedback is correctly documented and providers penalized if applicable.

IMPORTANT! Please make sure you share with us any evidence of the lack of service on our provider's part. Photos of the vehicle, photos of proof of payment if additional charges were requested of you, video of any suspicious behaviour, screenshots of the calls made when you could not find the driver, will help us in solving your case faster.
Your feedback is also used to provide a rating which we show at the time you are booking so it is of great importance that you let us know should anything go wrong to be able to have an accurate measure of a provider's performance.
