We're sorry to hear you're having issues locating your flight number but we know exactly how to help you solve that.
Our Flight Selector admits free form text allowing you to easily locate your flight number from a dropdown list which will narrow down the more information you enter to it. Each airline is given a 2 letter code (sometimes letter and number) by the International Air Transport Association so start by entering the airlines code to see the dropdown list populate:
You can see the departure airport as well as the arrival time to check and make sure you select the correct flight number (the one you're arriving with).
If after entering your complete flight number you still do not see your flight on the dropdown list, simply click the button that says "Select XX 123 anyway".
You will receive a warning letting you know we couldn't find your flight but it will be recorded as you entered it on the booking page.
Need more help? Try our Flight Finder Tool. By specifying your flight date, arrival/departure time, and airline name the tool will show you flights arriving on the same day at approximately the same time.
If you specify the departing airport the choice will be narrower.
Not arriving on a flight? Need a ride to the airport to pick someone up or maybe picking up a rental car? Simply enter any flight number on the flight selector and specify your reason for not providing a flight number on the Special Instructions field.
Entering an accurate flight number will help your driver know what terminal you've landed at to know where to pick you up and also monitor the flight for any delays (for arrival flights).
Please note, we rely heavily on airlines updating public databases so this feature cannot always be guaranteed. Absence of an accurate flight number on your reservation implies you will be responsible for any service failure.
