Mozio offers two types of free cancellation options to give you flexibility and peace of mind:
1. Standard cancellation
✔ If you cancel within the provider’s cancellation window (usually 24 hours or more before your ride), you’ll receive a credit voucher for the amount you paid.
✔ The voucher is valid for one year and can be used on any new booking made through Mozio.
✔ You’ll receive your voucher in an email once the cancellation is confirmed.
2. Enhanced or flexible cancellation
✔ If you select this option during checkout, you’ll receive a cash refund to your original payment method (minus the non-refundable cancellation fee), as long as you cancel within the allowed timeframe.
✔ This option provides more flexibility, especially for unexpected changes to your plans.
Important conditions to keep in mind

The enhanced or flexible cancellation feature (referred to as "the feature") must be added at the time of booking.

Once a reservation has been paid for, the feature cannot be added later.

The $5 fee for the feature is non-refundable, regardless of the cancellation outcome.

If you cancel outside the allowed timeframe, you will not receive a refund or credit voucher.

The refund amount is based on the total paid at checkout, not the full ride price. Discounts and coupons used will not be refunded.

By using the service, you accept these terms and waive the right to claim a refund based on dissatisfaction with the service provided.
