As soon as you get your confirmation email, you can take a look at the receipt located below the "Passenger Information" section.
You will find details of the payment method used and the amount paid.
Please note that the confirmation email sent to the customer is not going to include the travel agent fee.
If you need a personalized itemized invoice including a "Bill To" address, please send us all the information (name, company name, full address, and reservation ID) to info@mozio.com
Invoices are generated once the ride is completed.
Since we are a US-based company, we cannot provide a local invoice for your country of residence.
