Making a change to a reservation is fairly simple but will depend on a series of conditions. Mainly that your reservation is within the cancellation policy and that the provider you selected can accommodate the changes you're requiring.
Please note, changes may have additional charges since prices are subject to change. Make sure you request your change as soon as possible for us to be able to assist you.
Remember, if your request is still within the cancellation cut-off, you could simply cancel your existing reservation and rebook it with the correct details.
1. Simply go to your booking confirmation page accessible from your confirmation email.
2. Click on the "Change Trip" button.
3. All your trip details become editable so you can proceed to update the details of your booking accordingly.
4. If necessary to update the vehicle, you will be shown the options available to do so and the new price for your ride.
5. If the provider does not have vehicles available or cannot accommodate your changes, you will still be able to see other providers who can accommodate the updates you're requesting.
6. If the provider can accommodate the changes, you can just scroll down to the bottom of the screen and click on "Confirm Changes". If additional charges apply, you may be required to reenter your credit card details.
7. You will receive a new confirmation email confirming the booking with the updated details. Please make sure you verify the changes were processed correctly.
